September 27, 2004, TEXAS RIDING Co. filed a complaint before the "Chambre des Notaires" (French
Notaries disciplinary office) for the Notary Duchan Professional Negligences when he jeopardized the validity
of the entire Will where TEXAS RIDING LINE Co., one company of CS 1 GROUP™, was designated as
legatee.
November 8, 2004, Mr. Duchan's insurer of professional liability (MMA) was seized by the Chamber of the
Notaries.
Since December 13, 2004, MMA showed bad faith with the complaint and dragged the issue by fallacious
accusation and checking, by requesting unjustified documents. Feb 28, 2006 a Final Notice was sent to
MMA and a copy was forwarded to ACAM.
March 23, 2006, TEXAS RIDING LINE Co. filed a complaint before the "Commission de Contrôle des
Assurances-ACAM" (Control Office of Insurance companies), registered #0420-2006, for MMA bad faith
and unfair business settlement practices.
ACAM has stated in its November 8, 2006 reply that MMA made no fault and consecutively ACAM proceed
to the classification of this file.
Among other, ACAM didn't acknowledge the false accusation asserted against Ms. Campus by MMA and its
foreseeable harmful consequences.
These false reasons served by ACAM add additional unfair delay of settlement very harmful.
CS 1 GROUP LEGAL OFFICE Co. is to claim in front of US Courts against ACAM and MMA for conflict of
interest and breach of duty made against CS 1 GROUP™.
The erroneous conclusions issued in ACAM reply will be an incontestable proof before the US
Courts that it is impossible to get JUSTICE in FRANCE.
