AFFIDAVIT
I undersigned, Jean François X, living at MIREPOIX, affidavit to have been called and to be present on February 2nd,
2004, as one of 2 witness of Mrs. Irene MAQUARD's authentic will.
I guarantee on the honour that Mr. DUCHAN, Notary to CHALABRE 11200, during the reading of the will does not
asked us, as witnesses, to declare to be French and major, know how to sign, have enjoyment of their civil rights, nor
did not read to us the last paragraph of the legal act.
On the other hand, he received from Mrs Marie CAMPUS, after the reading and the signature of the act, the copy, that
she had just made with her scanner and computer, documentary evidences of identity of the Testator, the Legatee
and 2 witnesses.
