Attn: Martin Renkiewicz, Director
1425 New York Avenue, N.W.

RE: Your letter dated Oct 17, 2007 - FOIA 2006-0177 to -0178
Mr. Renkiewicz:
This letter is written to vehemently contest your October 17, 2007 letter and to reject its content as it
reflects your persistent abuse of power and bad faith executed by your wrong / delinquent use of legal
theory just to protect your own system and not to serve integrity, fairness, justice and truth.
The issues rose by the misinformation case and the time loss to resolve are not settled after 14 months,
and you are well aware of it. To advise us to carry out Interpol duty at its place: “if you need other
agencies to update their records to remove this erroneous information, you may send your request….”, is
not only “perspiring” a blatant cheeky intent to mislead with shrewd authority but is an evidence of your
support to the collusive agreement of INTERPOL Organization to conceal liabilities primary of one of its
member, IP France. The same who wrote: “Hoping that their request is fulfilled” when it was well aware
that he has manipulated the request content. Thus, the business obstacle/hindrance to Marc and his
endeavours remained.
